EXPERIENCED REVELATION
A new literary prize, the Prix de la Révélation Littéraire auFeminin.com, was awarded on June 8 to Akli Tadjer, the son of Algerian immigrants who grew up in the suburbs of Paris, for his novel Il Etait une Fois Peut-être Pas (JC Lattès). It was chosen by the online women’s magazine’s readers after a jury narrowed down a field of 15 nominees to four finalists. Even though the prize is meant to reward a literary “revelation,” this is Tadjer’s sixth published novel.
