The Singapore Tourism Board is taking some of the chefs from city known as one of the culinary capitals of Asia on a tour of 10 cities around the world. Chef André Chiang of Restaurant André in Singapore teamed up with chef Sven Chartier of Saturne in Paris recently to prepare some of their specialties for a few dozen lucky Parisians. Here Chef Chiang makes his outstanding deconstructed calamari risotto.
